No Refunds (Standard Policy)
Payments are generally non-refundable after account activation and access to the platform, except:
- 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund
- Technical Issues: If we are unable to provide the Service due to technical problems on our end
- Exceptional Circumstances: At our sole discretion

8. Limitation of Liability

Jurisdiction
